On 10th Oct of 2020, we got deposit for a new order. This new client from Indonesia purchased a complete steam boiler system DZL2-1.25-M from us, which is for seafood process use. This boiler is fueled by palm shell. Our client will produce steam 160-180℃ at 0.6-0.8MPa to cook pouch tuna.

His factory established in 2003 and is located at the shore of Indian Ocean, Sibolga - North Sumatera. It has been Indonesia leading manufacturer of high quality and affordable seafood products, including precooked tuna loins and fish-meal. Through the application of advanced processing and quality-control systems supported by international standard such as HACCP, GMP and ISO. The company has consistently deliver premium quality and safe products to consumers around the world.

In their factory, they used 2 boilers: one is from their local market, the other from China. Now they made a decision to use our steam boiler due to our good quality and reputable services.

DZL double-wind-gas-dust series boiler is self-developed by our company as the fourth generation horizontal water tube and fire tube package chain grate boiler. We have patent rights to this product, and DZL series has won the State Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Quality Award, the provincial quality products, provincial and municipal outstanding new product awards, provincial and municipal scientific and technological progress awards. It is the State Electrical and Mechanical Energy Products Promotion Project. DZL series boiler is equipped with fast, time-saving, compact structure, small footprint, etc., with high reliability, high thermal efficiency and strong overload capacity. The large-size components (upper body and lower base) has been assembled in the factory, when they are installed, just complete the interface and auxiliary and pipeline system. • It adopts fast loading structure, compact structure and small floor area.
• The boiler body is fully installed, the installation workload is small and the installation period is very short.
• There is push-pull type damper ash removal device. The damper adopts Heat-resistant cast iron finishing seal structure, thus the secondary combustion distortion and air leaking in the grate is effectively prevented.
• Adopting the patent technology of “double-wind-gas dust", the boiler is safe and reliable.
• Using biomass fuel special hopper; feeding is smooth and reliable.
