The DZL series quick-loading boiler is a horizontal three-pass water-fire tube boiler with movable chain grate. The boiler body is arranged longitudinally with a single drum, and threaded pyrotechnic tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convective heating surface. The drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace radiation heating surface. The combustion equipment uses a light-duty chain grate, and the electrical control system allows for stepless speed regulation of the grate and includes limit parameter alarms and interlock protection.

Panels: Cold-rolled die forming with good rigidity and light weight, the concave-convex panel is derusted and coated with primer and topcoat for good anti-corrosion effect.

Unique three-pass design of water and fire pipe: The high-temperature flue gas first enters the eight-character flue on both sides of the body from the tail. The cooled flue gas enters the threaded smoke pipe in the drum from the front smoke box, fundamentally solving the tube plate cracking problem of pure fire tube boilers.

Manholes and inspection doors: The boiler features manholes on the upper and lower drums, which are easy to open and facilitate maintenance and cleaning. The furnace is equipped with an inspection door, which is convenient for inspection and maintenance.
