Vertical type thermal oil boiler(also called thermic fluid heater) is a new type of heating equipment that uses biomass as fuel and flue gas as heat source. It circulates thermal oil (such as L-QB, L-QC, L-QD) through a forced thermal carrier liquid phase circulation system using a circulating oil pump. The heat is transferred to the heat exchanger or heat consumption equipment, and then returned to the boiler for reheating. It is a high-temperature, low-pressure, and energy-saving device with a heating temperature of up to 340℃ and a working pressure of less than 1.0 MPa. The heating medium works in a liquid state, making it safe and reliable.

Structural characteristics:

  • YLL/YGL series thermal oil boilers are assembled forced circulation chain grate/fixed grate boilers, consisting of an upper body and a lower movable chain grate/fixed grate, assembled on site.

  • The heating surface of the boiler body adopts a densely arranged circular coil, consisting of inner and outer layers of densely arranged circular coils. The gap between the coils is adapted to the fuel, reducing ash accumulation.

  • The tube joint of the heating surface of the boiler adopts fully automatic gas shielded welding process and equipment, with 100% real-time X-ray online detection. The welding quality is stable and reliable.

  • The boiler is fully assembled, with a compact structure, small footprint, and short installation period.

  • The radiant heat transfer surface of the boiler body adopts a densely arranged coil structure, and the convective heat transfer surface of the flue gas adopts an S-shaped multi-return heat exchange structure, with high heat transfer coefficient and high thermal efficiency.

Safe and reliable:
  • The heating surface of the boiler body adopts a densely arranged coil, with sufficient heating surface arrangement, effectively reducing the surface heat load of the pipes, making the use of thermal oil medium safer.

  • The medium flow process is reasonable, and the thermal oil flows from low (inlet) to high (outlet). The medium gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace, and can be easily discharged from the system.

  • The top of the furnace is equipped with a dense coil top arch design to avoid damage to the furnace top and achieve long continuous operating cycles.

  • The operation of the boiler adopts remote and local multi-point automatic control, with complete monitoring instruments.

Suitable flue gas treatment equipment can be configured according to customers’ local environmental protection requirements to meet environmental protection requirements for flue gas emissions.
