On 10^th May of 2021, our client in Yemen placed an order of two complete systems of steam boiler WNS20-1.25-YQ powered by dual fuel: natural gas and diesel to us, which is used for pharmaceutical machinery.

For they need the boiler very urgently, our factory completed the production within 20days, which is loaded on bulk vessel and shipped to Aden port on June 09 of 2021.

We has deep cooperation with pharmacy companies. This project is for Sana Pharmacy in Yemen. This series of boilers adopts a fully wet back design, which prevents the high-temperature flame from directly entering the flue pipe. Through the re-combustion chamber in the front of the furnace, the high-temperature flue gas and the boiler water outside the flue pipe can fully exchange heat, which will not burn the flue box tube plate. It can reduce the flue gas temperature, and the boiler has high thermal efficiency, safe and reliable. The boiler body has high durability, and the service life can reach more than 20 years. The split energy saver is arranged flexibly to meet the requirements of different spaces. The ND steel material has strong corrosion resistance, which greatly improves the service life of the energy saver.

Characteristics of WNS series horizontal type fire tube steam boiler:

Wet back three-pass fire tube boiler with reversal burning chamber;
Laddering heat recovery can greatly increase boiler efficiency;
The double-layer sealing structure of front smoke box door and panel adopts aluminium silicate board as insulation material, with high thermal insulation and sealing effect;
Detachable spring explosion-proof door ensures safety, also can be used as inspection hole;
Continuous variable frequency water supply, ensures pump and burner run coordinately and stably.
Waste heat recovery in flue gas lowers exhaust temperature to 95℃, and improves efficiency to 98 .5 %;
Discharge of NO_X , CO_X , SO_X and other harmful substances has been greatly reduced;
Compared with traditional four water level alarms , there is a fifth water level detection, further strengthening safety automatically;
The range of steam pressure can be set by touch screen , achieving automatic and accurate control;
Big water volume with strong adaptability to heat load.
